Although the Silk Road is often associated with its Asian origins, its European ramifications were fundamental for the construction of today\u2019s world.<\/p>\n

This commercial and cultural connection extended throughout several centuries, allowing the exchange of goods and techniques, but also of ideas, religions, fashions, and arts at large. Such a space for exchange influenced the development of peoples and cities along its routes, leaving traces and influences in each of them, building a common and shared history.
